A few laughs with Jerome Rebetez of Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM)

We were fortunate to spend an hour or so with Jerome Rebetez of Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (Switzerland) when he was visiting the Richmond market yesterday. Normally I would edit the fluff from the beginning and end, but Jerome was ready to laugh of my pronunciation missteps and beery cheer. How could I deny you the same enjoyment? Cheers!
